Yes, eBay offers the codes for one day only. I've seen a 15% off since then but I'll wait for another 20 which might be awhile. I prefer to buy from eBay since Amazon rips off their sellers.

Pretty sure you just need to have an eBay account and they randomly send coupons for 10%-20%. Usually my notification will go off saying new message. If I haven't sold/bought anything it's usually from them. Not always a coupon. Sometimes it's just reminders about items I'm watching or what's trending.
