Mojave Dyed interior cage/roof skid plates

Anyone try to dye a mojave cage? It works on traxxas plastics but never tried on an arrma. I may try to dye the cage in the center of the body and the skid plates black. I am picking up the exb cage/skids so if all else fails i guess it'll be a close enough color.

Rit Dye is best on white plastic but I have had success dying other colors to black. So it should work.

Yeah i've done udr chassis, lmt wheels, and xmaxx parts. I'm hoping the plstics are similar

I have had a few problem parts, were from a eflite blade helicopter. I roughed them up with I think 220 or 320 grit and then it took after the second bath.
