Mojave EXB motor/esc/servo recommendations

Just pulled the trigger! Mamba Monster X 8s and the T.P. 4050 2300kv (they didn't show a 2100) it's 8s though!!!!

Before thinking 8S some one must make better rims and tires to these cars.

The stock wheels goes on the limit already at 6s 21t 4985 max 6 6s kombo

driving it 8s i have done, it will drift alot .

Push Proline make better tires and wheels to These Mojaves.

Something like soft Hyrax or better tires, and rims that are stronger, size must be atleast special 2.2 - 3.2 17mm hex , like stock rims

I have send Proline one START DO IT email
Only one is not enough
Email them you too all, tell them start make it

Not only for 8s, even 6s needs something better than stock.

Self glued is best, 3M Tape them inside , to avoid balooning.
cheap way.

TP Motors have also EUROPEAN site

Before i change to TP motor , better tires and rims must come out on the market.

Stock wheels is only for 6s Maximum if you ask me

I'm gonna run it on 7s thou.8s to much.ive never thought that before...lol 2×4s packs all the way forward to try an keep front end down..????

This don't look good at all.

And wheels that came out this much will easy bent a arms and other things too.

This is not SCT Mojave anymore

More like a Truggy

me self want keep my mojave as Short course. wheels inside body.
this protects alot from damages

i will try apollo truggy sport
and other zero ofset truggy wheels soon

Mojave is made for 6s only
Pretty Light weight car
And only 60-70mm wide tires fit inside the body.
This is why 8s is not working well.

Kraton. Talion with 90-120mm wide tires and things then you can go 8s pretty easy,. 3,8 size monster wheels is another thing.
Also onroad cars like Infraction and Felony you can go 8s with high grip hoons or very soft GRP wheels.

Anyways,. Proline should start make great tires and wheels to these Mojaves , 17hex, 2.2 - 3.2 rims
stock is only decent

I've got a frankin-mojave.kraton suspension an running duratrax belted 2.8 tires.stock mojave fills chassis with debris.kraton-mojave alot less debris in chassis an is very hard to roll,thats what I like.stays on the ground most of the time an flys.i agree tires can't handle the power.but im a power freak so ill just keep buying tires.POWER-POWER-POWER...I LOVE IT

How are you running that Pinon and not having heat issues, I have the same max6 set up with a 18t Pinon and am kind of disappointed tons of torque but it gets way to hot half a pack in on 6s... I figured a motor that is bigger then what comes in the bigger and heavier kraton 8s would have no problem

with MAX6 4985 motor.
21-22t M1 6s

Very strong and fast
No heating issues

8s it will be a animal with 25t , if you drive more than 5 minutes you must have good strong fans

You need also Scorsched parts fenders, to avoid this Mojave Vaacum all that nasty stuff.
Clean protected rig is important thing

I will also try have the UDR dusty motor cover ,see if it fits and also the dirt guards
Anyways atleast the dirt guards, this is highly recommendet thing, scorsched parts uk have these to Mojave
