I've said it many times..PLEASE SOMEONE MAKE A BELTED BUGGY TIRE..powerhobby has delivered.....love my off road typhon,just could never keep a tire on it..I've destroyed them all..
1 proline mx 100$ a set
2 grp buggy 70$ a set
3 duratrax lockups
I spent tons of funds on buggy tires,not 1 could ever hang with my setup...might have to throw a off road BUGGY together just for these tires .see if they are up for a KBASH park beating.

Guarantee I could destroy them within 5 packs...last off road car I built about 2 months ago,took it out for 5 mins...I couldnt handle the the dirt an grass all over in the chassis after 5mins.....speedrunning has ruined the off road part of the hobby for me

Awesome find and really good price! I'm sure a set of these will end up on my Typhon, lol.
Jetko also makes some belted buggy tires but they are about $50 a pair, too expensive IMO.

Just ordered a set of these for my Typhon 6s. I too have gone thru multiple sets of of road tires, tried many but destroyed them all.

After having decent luck with tires for a while other than having to glue every 2 or 3 runs, I hit a run of bad luck.

Badlands? After around 30-35 packs, cracked the rim all the way across on one.
JConcepts Magmas? About 40 packs, hit some metal wire and sliced one open big.
New set of Roapex tires? Cracked the plastic wheel hub on the first big cartwheel crash.

Needed to make myself feel better so I ordered a set of the belted Armor version.

Anybody end up buying these tires? What do you think?

They are solid. About .2 inches shorter than stock tires, but no ballooning and they handle 6s good.
