Finally warm enough to charge outside and not deal with battery boxes!

Getting ready to go on my first crawling day of the year. Happy to be able to charge outside and I not have to muck around in battery safe boxes in my garage… or balance boards.

Nice setup. I charge outside too, it's much easier and if it flames out, I will be annoyed but not homeless.

Be careful of charging in the direct sunlight, I lost a battery that way. Lost another one that I left in the back of the 4Runner. They just puffed up but didn't ignite. They were cheap lessons all things considered.

Sounds like a good thing to consider. It’s also really hard to read the charger screens in the sun!
