I’m using a Weller WLC100, has worked great for swapping out battery connectors.

Looks great to me. A+ friend. As mentioned watch the clips cause they can bite into the insulation pretty easy when the insulation gets hot.

You clearly had a good hot puddle with the perfect amount of solder and didn't overheat or burn your insulation.

I’ve always thought I was doing sub par soldering joints and while swapping connectors on my new gens-ace lipo, I thought why not ask? Let’s see how I’m truly doing.

I’ve seen a lot of people recommend 63/37 solder, but I’ve had no issues using this.

That number is the tin/lead ratio. The only thing that is important is that it has a good % of lead.
Leads melting temp is lower, it flows a lot better.
I use the same 60/40 and love it. If you'd go to the lead free solder like what they sell at Walmart you'll notice it takes way more heat and it won't flow into your wire anywhere near as well.. makes soldering good really difficult.

Looks good to me .
I see you did not forget the heatshrink (and XT90 end cap) before soldering that nice connection. Let's just say that sometimes happens.
Dipping the exposed wires in flux also helps a lot to get as nice flow of solder.
