Granite Grease front wheel bearings after swapping to Fast Eddys?

I’m guess because they are sealed they don’t need to be greased but I’m wondering if that is wrong. Thanks! While I’m asking...what kind of grease is suggested if it’s needed.

They come already greased but even sealed bearings will get dirt in them. You can remove the seals and clean them out and re-grease them to prolong their life or just replace them when they fail. I ordered bearing grease for mine from Avid.
