Dry the filament to remove moisture.

If that doesn’t work, then:
Calibrate flow rate
Increase nozzle temp by 5-10C
Increase bed temp by 30-40C
The filament is dry, i opened it 3 days ago

Need to dry.
Filaments can become moist within a day if not hours.. depending on your environment.

You can tell it's moist by the way it's printing -seeing those inconsistent tiny voids in your layers or if you heard any random tiny popping/boiling sounds while it's printing.

Also, let's us see the bottom surface..
I see some warping around your first layer.

Did you use a brim?

Opening it three days ago does not mean it is dry. It does not look dry to me.

Agree.

Filament Dryer
Dehydrator
Oven

Many ways to do it..

I use a repurposed food dehydrator. 🤣👍

Oh and you should post in this thread too >>

I think he also could try a new nozzle before he starts changing stuff.
Nozzle needs to be over 130c and bed over 70c for PETG.
I have a "cheap" CF PETG and I run it at 245 or 242/70 or 75

I know people talk about dry boxes and stuff similar. I don't doubt that they help but I can get good prints with filament that has sat out for over a year.

You can see how the filament is thin and then thick with random bulges in between the length...
Moisture is being boiled off of your filament as it gets extruded and causing inconsistent nozzle pressure.. so it's not able to push out a steady stream.. giving you all these cute curly pigtails.

Bed temps need to be Higher..

What's your parts cooling fan speed?
