First off sorry for all the pics but it's late and I don't feel like going through everything.
Made mud guards out of 2 pieces of Kydex"type" material. I made templates out of cardboard first and then started on transferring and cutting the Plastic.
A little bit of heat and the stuff goes soft enough to cut with scissors.
A little more heat and it bends very easily.
I originally made some out of Lexan but they were a disaster and I ended up throwing them out.
These turned out much better.
Still need some trimming to shorten them a bit and make room for air travel by the fans but I'm pretty happy on how they turned out.
