What are some good air compressors that are small and relatively inexpensive? Not looking for the cheapest option necessarily, but would mainly use this for blowing dirt out after bashing and learning how to paint with an airbrush. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Home depot has some for around $100 I got one for the same purpose and has 140psi which is really nice for getting all the dirt and or water out of everything

Careful with that much pressure near bearings

California air tools makes some good, quiet compressors. I’d get at least 8 gallon.

Grab one of these at harbor freight Fortress 2-Gallons.
Super Quiet and Very Fast to full pressure!

It's on sale right now I believe. It's going for the same price as the smaller 1-gallon one.

Looked online at Harbor Freight and they have a 3 gallon model that looks just right. I really would like a bigger tank, but my space is already very limited as is. Thanks to everyone for the input.

If you're getting what I think you're getting.. do yourself a favor and test it out ,their floor model first before final purchase...
The McGraw 3Gallon units are SLow to pressurize and Extremely Loud. And takes a long time just to refill.
Just a heads up.
