Hi everybody and greetings from Finland!

I just ordered my first ARRMA! New hobby started a 2 months ago with Traxxas Slash 4x4, witch is now nearly completely rebuild. I just get bored with Slash, so i ordered Mojave 6S BLX, but i have to wait it (hopefully just) a few weeks, because they are out of every place in Finland. After researching the matter, many praised more Mojave than Traxxas UDR, so Mojave it is :)

I see that there is available some inner fenders (https://scorchedparts.co.uk/collect...rrma-mojave-1-7-scale-inner-fenders-mudguards) and mud guards (https://tboneracing.net/products/10132-tbr-front-chassis-mud-guards-arrma-mojave). What kind of experience enthusiasts have with those products? Whether there is a risk of overheating or some other problems? Which you would recommend?

I am also interested to hear the good tips for truck upgrades? After traxxas, it seems that there is not as much information in the arrma yet.

I drive a car mainly on my own track, but also do bashing. Track is quite short (180 meters long, 2,3 meters wide), but i think there is enough room for Mojave.

I will be happy to take any advice regarding my new truck and I hope I will not be disappointed with ARRMA

I cant speak on the tbone racing mudguards, but as for the scorched parts inner fenders...... If you fit them properly and do a slight modification to them, there is nothing better. basically the mud guards leave a small open area in the front of your rig right in the center. I took some gorilla tape and plastic and covered the small area up and after basing in mud, there is almost no debree getting into the chassis at all. I did remove the drivers from the body to open it up for air flow and added a powerhobby heatsink/dual fan to the motor. The scorched guards 100% restrict airflow. But since putting them on, all it takes to clean my chassis is a quick shot of air and its mint. Cant say enough good things about them. I was very skeptical of the fitment at first but now i would not run my rig without them

I have bouth.
TBR was the best solution...
..untill Scorched Parts came with the fenderd. They nailed it.

In bouth cases i reccomend to apply gorila tape or a net to close the front middle section. debris might still get it and that is a nightmare for the drive shafts and my NTF fans...

your nft fans can not stand a bit of grass or mess ? really I do not understand you ?
There is nothing special about his fan system. They are 12v fans so it's not crazy that it can move more air like a 6v fan.? Put that systeem on 6v IT still works?

I would also pay $ 60 for it
If you go looking for it, he will not spend $ 10 on purchasing ?
but I still have a bank account that you can deposit into ? can you help me through the winter.

you want to make everything yourself but as soon as you have to connect a fan you don't understand it anymore ? I can really understand that.

So I had some granite mud guards laying around.little modifying an I made them work on Mojave.Big rock has same ones but little longer. I'll let you all know how good it keeps the grass out of the inside.cheap option if works, its gotta help.
