Typhon Interchangeable parts — 3S & Mega Lines

Quick question — I have a Typhon 3S and want to buy a used machine for spare parts. Does anyone know if the 4x4 Mega Typhon has the same components as the 3S version (except electronics)? How about the Granite, Big Rock, and Senton lines?

Depends on the parts. Most all are the same. I believe there is a SWB and LWB chassis depending. I would go to Arrma-RC .com and look for the parts cross-refermce list and download it in PDF. It shows what parts are universal to each other on the 4x4 series.

 

[Engineer]

On a V3, aside from electronics, the slipper and pinion are different on the Mega. You also don’t get turnbuckles/tie rods but instead get fixed links.
