As in top speed?Somebody should make a chart doing the math- 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, etc...
That's using the rc calculator, right? Factor in your abundance of aluminum upgrades, and knock those down by 20%Here is what I get with the following variables:
LiPo:6S
Motor Kv:2050
Spur: 50t
Diff pinion: 10t
Diff ring gear: 43t
Tire diameter (Backflips): 172mm
Pinion/Top Speed
10t: 42.31
11t: 46.54
12t: 50.77
13t: 55
14t: 59.23
15t: 63.46
16t: 67.69
17t: 71.92
18t: 76.15
19t: 80.28
20t: 84.61

Don’t bother unless u want 5-10 mph more. To be honest just running 6 s is enough with the stock pinions. Use the extra one they give you. Outcast is 15t 57-62mph. Talion gets the 17t to go 70 mph. I don’t see the need for even the 6 s ,but throttle control is better the higher your pinion is. Rich duperbash says 16t on 6 s and 20t on 3 or 4s just to achieve the same top end wheel rotation in the air. Before I put the torch to my truck, is everybody running the 16t pinion?
