Senton Just finished brushless conversion.

So I converted my Senton mega with a blx brushless conversion and wow! Only run it on a 5200 mah 2s so far but its so much faster, gonna have to relearn to drive it again, lol ! God knows what its like on 3s? The only problem i have is that it seems to struggle a bit to get going on part throttle but then picks up and flies. I think I've got a good mesh, anywhere else I should be looking?

thats cogging,are you useing stock 20t pinion??smaller pinion would help that,but slows truck down.shouldnt be as bad on 3s.on 3s the sentons are tire destroyers

The factory blx brushless motor and esc, 20t pinion.

18t would help cogging an be easier on electronics,but truck would be a little slower on taking off an top speed.

Heres 100% stock senton on 3s 20t with 2.8 banditos. 60mph!!!!!I put big rock body on it because with senton body it would go airborne about 50ish mph

These duratrax banditos are some good street tires upto bout 60mph

Try a 17. I did conversion yon typing nega to brushless and a 17t pinion works great for it.

Yes, similar. Its like it strains to initially get off and is then fine. I'll try a 17t pinion.

Yes I fitted blx slipper, its running 57t /20t 0.8 mod gearing. I'll check my mesh again in the morning on a freshly charged battery but I think it looked good. I ran it for 5 mins on the charge that was in a fresh lipo when it arrived today. Could that be the problem, I just wanted to check everything worked fine?

You can say that again, shredded both rear tires on 3s. Dropped the pinion to 16t much more punch and doesn't balloon the tires as much when it rolls or wheelies.

I've used them and no complaints.got m1 25-30t ran 103mph.so I've tested them just got 11-15t today.all 6s systems in sentons.love me some SCTz

What u'm running at the moment is the factory setting so should be OK but can't be a bad thing to have another option i suppose.
