So I have two favorite disciplines in the hobby...crawling/trail running and touring car racing. I know there's some other crawlers in here...let's see your trail rigs!

My first: Axial SCX10 II Deadbolt. This is used as a trail rig and it's the one that really got me into slow, unstoppable RC's. I've got far more capable crawlers and trail runners, but this is still my favorite.

Added Brass down low and towards the front. Upgraded Savox 1231 servo.....

It's a crawling monster ! Very capable, love the 2 speed tranny, crawls good, trail runs good....

Capra project. Still hasn't quite had its maiden voyage outside of stock form. I've just been doing some testing. I think I'll stick with these Hyrax 2.2's. Running a Mamba X and Holmes Puller Pro V2 2200kv motor with 9% reduction gears in the front and rear diffs. I've got some Reefs Triple7s on the way to replace the weak Spektrum servos. Also have a set of Ottsix KLR 1.9s on the way for when I do competitions that don't allow 2.2s.

It's been a great rig, I did have to replace the servo, but other than that it's been awesome. Lots of aftermarket stuff available for it too.

I love my 1.9 KRL tires lots of grip and good sipping

I use them on my scx10ii class 1 comp rig

Not shur about your comp rules but they are a small tire for a Capra

Nice rigs there.
My son has the Deadbolt. It remained fairly light. My Trail Honcho has alloy axels. Weighted down.
My TRX-4 has little if any Trx parts remaining. All brass weighted. Winch, lights etc. Pitbull tires. Crawler Innovations Foams on all of them.
