My town. They are filming on the lake 2 miles away. Filming starts tomorrow. I’ll try get pix. They have a community set up with trailers campers and kitchens. Omg. Big deal.

Very nice, they film so many movies here I have no way to count, they call it Hollywood South.

mark wahlberg filmed “The Lovely Bones” in my town. They needed a ‘70’s looking set. No need to change a thing...it was a fun time but a very sad movie.

Dances with Wolves, Hidalgo, North By Northwest, Nebraska and National Treasure 2 are all the films I can think of off the top of my head that were filmed in this area.
