Granite LiPo Low voltage and wont charge

Just tried to charge my battery and this appeared, anyone know what it means ?

Either a dead or bad cell, check your wiring.. looks like the balance cable isn´t properly inserted.

can you check each cell by it´s own?.. Use a multimeter if you have one.

If your cells have dropped really low (below 3 volts per cell) then some chargers won't charge them. While I haven't tried this myself, I've seen people put their chargers in NiMH battery mode and charge their lipo at a very slow amp rate to get to 3-3.2 volts per cell, then switching the mode to lipo mode and finishing with a balance charge like normal.

But before trying to do this you should really check all your cells with a tester to see if you have a bad cell.

Tbh the battery is pretty beat up now anyway so I think I'm due q new one this is the only battery I've had as I'm new and only have one truck, do you guys recommend any hard case 3s batteries,

I like my Ovonics hard case 3S, even tho I never use it anymore. ?
