Modified the battery tray/box to fit a 6500mAH with 10ga leads , still need to clean it up bit. Nothing is pinched and the balance lead will tuck up on the left side.

No I have not, it seems pretty secure. Maybe I'll throw a few drops of BS IC-2000 on it just to be safe.
