You have two options my friend. You can gear down with a smaller pinion or you can improve cooling with upgraded fans.

And there's a third option. I may get scolded for this, but how about not going full WOT all the time?
Full WOT is a sure way of getting the motor hot fast, regardless of how much cooling fans you may try.
