As a lot of you know, i lost everything in a fire on June 12TH, and, of all the RC related stuff i lost, the one that bothered me the most was losing the SCT that i have had the longest, and was also still my favorite of all the SCT's i have owned over the years, and, since it is discontinued, i never thought i would be able to replace. I know that sometimes sliders will show up on eBay, but, i haven't seen a complete truck for a couple years now. The other day, i was on FB Marketplace just looking through what RC vehicles were available locally, and came across an almost brand new, box stock 2013 Arrma Fury Mega, with original ATX100 radio, and original DBoots Sidewinder 2's, and all original electronics. The story i was told is, he got it as a teen, tried it a couple times, wasnt really interested in it, and stuck it in his closet. It even came with the original Arrma nimh battery, although its garbage now. Locally, when i was still finding them, they would typically have Slash wheels and tires, and a Traxxas radio, so, for me, finding this really is a major score, especially considering i paid $125 for it. I do have some upgrades planned for it, like the aluminum chassis plates, and aluminum C-hubs, steering blocks, and rear hub, but those will be done little by little. For now, im just going to run it exactly the way it is.
