What is this spur gear and clutch setup? The clutch seems seized but really I have no idea what I am looking at.

Okay. Now that I have it apart I see how it works. The spur gear has like way too low teeth for me to use and wrong pitch I think. But as a clutch it's way better than whatever spring thingy came with my car. I have to cut the screw that tightens it because it's too long and it too big diameter to fit with whatever input gear goes into my read differential.

Here are some clearer pictures. Do you have any clue the pitch for this gear? I am hoping it is 32P and is just a BLX part then I can find a 32P pinion that fits on the 3mm shaft of the 12T brushed motor.
That appears to be the 48p spur from the Mega line. The BLX line uses a Mod 0.8 (32p) gear.

That's a 57t 0.8mod (32p) BLX slipper assembly. The Mega is a 91t 48p slipper/spur assembly. You need an adjustable motor mount or slot the stock Mega mount fixed holes to use that slipper assy. I don't think even on the smallest 0.8mod (32p) pinion you could fit with the 57t spur would be a good idea with the stock brushed motor, the motor will more than likely run hot and run the risk of burning it up.

Ok. I found a 12T third party 32P pinion that will fit the 3mm motor shaft of the 550 12T brushed. Hopefully it meshes. I am considering buying AR310874 in the hopes it offers me enough play to mesh the two because I can't find AR310898 anywhere. I think I need a new motor Is this normal? Ok. So I figure 91/22 is about the same as 57/12 for a 4.35 gear ratio which will burn my motor or ESC? My question is will the BLX aluminum motor mount allow me to stick this all together without having to machine anything? I'll spend the 30 bucks on a new motor to see this thing go 75 km/h for 5 minutes.
