Mojave replacement steering bearings

for the life of me i cant get them loosen to replace the servo bearings

I'd just reinstall the steering posts on the chassis and Loctite the bottom screws. When the Loctite cures, then break the Loctite on the top screw (applying some heat would help) and unscrew. The whole things has to lift "up" off the post anyway.

Just grab the small part at the bottom with some channel locks or vise grips. Voila it will come free.

i didnt want to damage the bottom portion. just in case it needs to be flush.

I like to screw the metal posts in tight from underneath. Then, remove the top plate screws. Then you can lift the assembly out of there with the posts attached to the chassis
