I need some help with getting out a rounded hex screw holding the servo Mount on, any ideas ?

heat and a torx bit would be my first try if that doesn't work drill and easy out

My go to is a cutting wheel and my Dremel. I cut a slot across the top and use a flathead. Screw extractors are hit and miss for me.

I have to do it quite often on my smaller 2mm screws in my traxxas skid plates. They grind down until there isn't hardly any hex left.

+1 to this method. I never have luck with extractors on anything smaller than 4mm.
