20 years ago we used to spray our tires with various household cabinet chemicals. Usually it coated the tires and destroyed your tractions so you can do crazy burnouts and drifts as the tires smoked and burned away the coating. We tried everything we could get our hands on.
Wait does that really work?
If you had steel belting inside that got exposed and those created sparks...... maybe, but that's a long shot.
I think the belting in the hoons is a thread/kevlar type?
