CNC router will make quick work of it.

Otherwise, if you want to do it by hand.. a bandsaw will do.

Just remember to wear PPE, you DON'T want to be breathing in CF dust!

How do you cut carbon fibre?

I rough cut it with a Dremel and the speed click cutter discs, then finish the contours with a sandpaper barrel.

Jigsaw with a carbide blade cuts it like butter!
Just make sure you have a shop vac to suck up the dust and wear a good mask and goggles.

Cutting on top of a piece of foam helps support it while cutting and I always cover it in tape to draw my lines and protect the edges.
