Turnbuckles

Popped my rear turnbuckle today. Funny thing is that the ball joint attatched to the turnbuckle that screws into the chassis popped out and out came the inner thread to the chassis. I would hate to rebuild on a new chassis for such a minor issue. Any tips or advice on this one?

Can you post a picture @VinnieFive0? The turnbuckle should be attached to the steering block and the steering plate. Not the chassis.

I wish I did before. Im sure I am incorrect about the chassis, however, I believe it is the steering block and steering plate. Basically, the inside that has threads for the ball stud to screw in popped out. It was like a rubber material, but I did fix it. It was such an odd thing to happen. Thanks for the response.
