So I want to film my spider tanks with a small video camera on a small stand that I can live stream. I know there’s some techies on here figured I’d ask and see looking for 4K want to stay in the $150-$250 range. Thanks

Have you considered those home security systems, perhaps?
Some may have all the features you want & at the price within your range...

Hit up Costco or Sam's ,they usually have something setup to live demo in the store for you to test the video quality..
