Nice collection there. I had a few musclecars years ago and did lose them in a hurricane and flood. After that don't own multiple cars because you cannot save them. Have one drag car, 1970 Nova SS.

Sweet, could never afford that. See all them high dollar rides cruise around town and all I can do is watch. Lol

I own a detail shop in my hometown. Not an easy business by any means but very rewarding. I get to drive some amazing vehicles when I pick them up at clients homes. I've been open over 6 years now and have watched dozens of other detail shops open around me and try under cutting my prices. Cover dirt with dash shine and wax with spray wax lol. They're all gone now and I'm still standing. I take a lot of pride in my work and it shows. No greasy dash jobs here. I've spent a week on a single car reconditioning the paint. When you establish yourself and give your clients what they want and pay for they don't even blink and eye when you hand them an invoice for $7,000+. I stay booked out 4-6 weeks in advance year round. Took a long time to get here but I'm happy at the top in my hometown.

Too bad my kraton never gets a detail! I don't get paid to clean my own stuff!

Thanks. I’m no expert in car detailing but I am super anal when it comes to attention to detail. I use to spend every weekend polishing my own car and won numerous shows. The old guys taught me a few tricks. I remember furniture polish with bees wax being the secret to a deep lasting shine. Now it’s all high tech polishes.

Sounds like you do well for yourself too. $7k is a nice pay day ?. Keep up the good work ?

Johnny, When I joined this forum earlier this year I watched a couple of your vids of the frozen tundra. Snow and ice everywhere, now I see shiny cars, sunshine, green grass, shrubs and flowers. Didn't think that was possible! Lol
