What was Hobbywing thinking?

Why on earth are Hobbywing’s new 1/5 motors too long for Arrma 8S trucks??

It seems like they went the cheap route and just added a sensor board to the old design, which takes up extra room. I get that.

But Arrma 8S owners probably make up a huge portion of Hobbywing 1/5 buyers.

Won’t this decision cost them tons of money?
