Slap a 25-29t pinion would work

Good question? 61 should be the minimum, so this should mesh. Can you double check the tooth counts?

You’re out of adjustment. You either need a larger spur or pinion gear. Or a different motor Mount

I know a 40t spur and 24t pinion will fit

Yeah.. I should’ve rephrased the initial post. It was a first for me to see it run out of space on that gear set.

I was confused on why it ran out of space with more than 61t of gear.
