I’ve twisted stock shafts but it’s always been my fault. Never broken one. The stock shafts are very good!

Same here. They just bend. I've never broken a stock shaft or have never broken a pin on the stock driveshafts. M2C is working on some driveshafts for the Xmaxx. I'll see if I try those out.I’ve twisted stock shafts but it’s always been my fault. Never broken one. The stock shafts are very good!
I’m going to avoid anything m2c.Same here. They just bend. I've never broken a stock shaft or have never broken a pin on the stock driveshafts. M2C is working on some driveshafts for the Xmaxx. I'll see if I try those out.
I hear you. I'll see. I just ordered some new axles and ends from one of the RC chop shops, so those should last long termI’m going to avoid anything m2c.
It was fast enough for sure, but that shaft seems to have a wobble, so that destroyed my 47T spur gear. So I went ahead and put a 50T spur gear. So now it's 35/50 gearing. It's still very fast. But that shaft still had some weird play to it. It's working fine so far, but like I said, it has some kind of play and wobble to it that the stock spur shaft didn't. I'll keep driving it and check back. In that video, I ran 35/50 gearing. How are you liking the 35/47? I cracked like an egg and decided to stick a max5/1100kv in mine over the winter, but I’m having a tough time deciding on gearing, thinking of 25/35 from vitavon.
Another bash session with 35/50 gearing. I like it. New spot was nice too :How are you liking the 35/47? I cracked like an egg and decided to stick a max5/1100kv in mine over the winter, but I’m having a tough time deciding on gearing, thinking of 25/35 from vitavon.
I wanted to add that I had to put RPM hinge pins with a spacer on the inner upper control arms in the front so that I would spot having to put back that dumb captured hunger pin after big air :

Yeah it is. I got tired of that pin sliding out of the arm. It will eventually slide out after every jump. If you haven't done the other mod (extra hinge pin plate on the upper bulkhead in the front), I suggest that you do that too. I was breaking upper bulkheads regularly until I did that modHey that’s not a bad idea at all. Last time I had my Xmaxx out one of those pins popped loose.
Yes sir that works perfect! When I lose a pin that I don't have (this time a rock broke the c hub and the hinge pin hin got lost), I just grab a longer pin and cut it down to size. No need to be buying those pins constantly .

Just throwing it out there to save some $ to fellow rc buddies. Hehe.Yes sir that works perfect!
BTW, before destroying my chassis, I got 54mph with 35/50 gearing, so not slow at all. Yeah the last outing turned into a full rebuild due to a 10ft front flip that ended in disaster. All I was doing was jumping a small mound from one side to the other :How are you liking the 35/47?
