I have Senton w/ 4600kV + 2S and 17 pinion and so far no issues with tires. Could it be just small puncture which caused this?

A 4000kv motor on 3S would generate almost 33% more rpm than a 4600kV motor on 2S. 4000kV on 3S would be ludicrous. 4600kV on 2S is pretty insane don't get me wrong but going up in voltage?
