Hope you used low ESR type of caps, otherwise this has not a lot of use.
Non low ESR type can not deliver the current you need to have an effect.

They look to be low esr caps. most low esr have the 105 c rating.

20% is fine for electrolytic caps, -50/+100% is the norm for cheap ones :)
