Aerosol is more for smaller areas with lots of edges, you can get this tiff in paint thinner type cnans for larger surfaces. I've never used it but the majority of pontoon boats are being treated with it and it last ~ 3-5 years with use in saltwater. Only going by hearsay, never used this stuff myself but colleagues swear by it. A bit of a PITA on jfirst application but that is on larger surfaces, this small stuff should be relatively easy.
Never used T9 but looks very much like Yamashield, which I use a lot. It does leave a waxy residue which doesn't look all that great but it does protect. I use it for the gears on my Kraton after it gets wet. Great stuff but not to keep something shiny.
