I probably have rear dogbones and a stock motor mount at this point that I will not likely use. I prefer CVDs all around and use PPS mounts on most of my rigs.

Ordered the kit I need to pretty much complete the build ?. Jenny's finally got it in stock today, sweeeeeet!!! Only need a center diff and front hubs/pillow balls for the final pieces to complete the build!!! Oh and a body?.....

Diffs all built and shimmed up ready to drop in the gear boxes for the build, and a set for my RTR K6s to replace the bad ones with chewed ring gears.

don't just assume on the crown gear shims. Please check your backlash first. And pinion depths

Definitely, just saying everything inside is shimmed up so next is checking the pinion and shimming ring gear side as needed?

Stoked!!! Jenny's finally had the parts kit I've needed to damn near complete my chassis up build. They arrived today and a few parts from @Lovestricken so all I need is a center diff and front hubs with pillow balls. Yesssssss!!

Ok got RX set up and wires all tucked in, rear axles and driveshafts in, wing mount installed, and some shiny wrap on the t2t brace?

Nice progress man. I saw there is a guy selling the steering blocks with sets of a-arms for pretty inexpensive on eBay...

$20 bucks is a great deal considering Jennys sells just the blocks for almost $30 now.

Same thing I was thinking... but I needed a few sets of steering blocks ... and they were cheaper than Jenny’s lol

Well she's about done... Front hubs installed, driveshafts, painted tie rods silver, wheels on, now just need that center diff and a body!!

And maybe a wing and wheelie bar.....

Alright need some opinions... So thinking of doing a black and silver color scheme for the chassis up build. Have done tie rods in silver actual bumper part of RPM front bumper silver and I've got enough A arms to outfit a small Kraton army? so thought I'd spray a set silver and see... So input everyone please, looks good, looks like $hit any input is appreciated. Also note the bumper looks more of a grey as it was covered with clear to help loose paint on impacts. A arms are just silver with no clear and are a lot shinier/brighter so again which looks better the bright silver or the dull almost grey? Thanks guys for input!

So went ahead and painted the lowers.... I like how it turned out and they are just stock arms anyways be replaced eventually lol.

Well she got her maiden run after snapping the left rear to $hit on my Red White and Blue K6s. Snagged the wing center diff and body from broken K6s and finished the packs from earlier.
