Senton ESC shutoff low voltage and setting question

Hi, newbie to RC here... I read that a lipo battery should not be running lower than 3.4v, is that total voltage or per cell? I have a 3S so is that 3.4X3?

Also I can't seem to cycle properly through the ESC settings listed in the manual. For example in the brake setting, I wanted to adjust to setting 6, but once I was in the variable 3 (brake) in it I only heard 5 beeps options? what am I doing wrong?

3.4v is per cell, yes that would be 3.4x3= 10.2v for a 3S pack

The 5th beep is a long beep. So * * * * is level four, one long beep is level five and a long beep followed by a short beep is level 6. Hope this helps.

What ESC do you have? Only the BLX185 has more than 5 values per variable. The BLX100 and BLX120 only have 5.

I've got the BLX100 and my manual shows 7 values for brake strength. Maybe a change on newer models? I just got mine maybe a month ago.
