LOL, yeah, I think that will be an issue for all of use trying to sell to upgrade. Market will be saturated, used 6s truck prices are gonna tank hard.If that EXB didn't just come out, I would have been much more interested

If the slipper is too tight, the u-joints pop. And once they pop the first time, they will continue to do so. The fix is to loosen the slipper and replace the driveshaft at the same time.I put a 4s system in my Granite and the plastic driveshafts can't handle it. It was more frustration than it was worth. Now I only run 3s ?
I’ve got a Granite that I built from the chassis up running 4s. It’s a beast! Like other post stated, just buy RTR and start from there. I spent a lot of money getting mine just the way I wanted it. Probably could of bought 2 x RTR’s!? I keep a spreadsheet on all the upgrades I purchase and put on my rigs. $?$ Gotta pay to play!Has anyone upgraded their granite to 4s?
im hoping to figure out what I need to make it work and maybe also where to get each item.
I’m lookiMG at eBay for a used granite to start.
thanks.
I destroyed the factory shafts on 4s, probably did have the slipper a bit tight ? I put the CVD’s on and haven’t had many issues.I put a 4s system in my Granite and the plastic driveshafts can't handle it. It was more frustration than it was worth. Now I only run 3s ?
I did a 4s on mine but it started out as a mega.i would suggest metal through out . including axels front for sure also go with metal spur, differential and pinion gears. Very important to remember that your truck is only as strong as the weakest link when you start pushing them that fast. They are quite hard to control. All the things i mentioned will for sure give you problems. Using plastic gears i buy 4 at a time. Wheely bar is a must. I can literally hear this thing burn rubber and the tires triple the size. Thinking top speed around maybe 80? But i haven't really had a stretch long enough because this sucker fliesHas anyone upgraded their granite to 4s?

I’ve upgraded my Granite and BR to 4s. Both are running the Arrma BLX120 systems (not available anymore) Both have a lot of upgrades, Typhon shocks, HR hubs, HR bellcranks, steel spur, etc..... Keep in mind, they’ll only go so fast and then you can control them. I found 18t is the sweet spot. I was looking for a faster basher, not speed runner.I did a 4s on mine but it started out as a mega.i would suggest metal through out . including axels front for sure also go with metal spur, differential and pinion gears.
