how to store lipos properly???

so, ive had a lipo for about a year now, and i know the basics of taking care of it and charging it in fireproof bag etc. after i run my rig i charge my batteries, but im wondering if i should actually be discharging them with the storage mode on my charger and recharge them before use, or if i should leave them charged.
any help appreciated!!

And go to Walmart and get a metal ammo can. Costs about $15. Remove the rubber seal from the top. And put your lipo in there after you storage charge them.

Leaving the battery fully charged is worse than leaving it empty.

Don't remove the entire seal either the front or the back, leave both long sides and one short or else the lid won't stay shut.
