i was wondering if jrc is legit i was going to order a motor and esc and the prices almost seemed unreal so that led me to the question is jennys rc legit
They are so legit that most of the time our Dutch customs don't even bother to charge import fees.
I strongly suspect they are like 'that's from Jennysrc, move along, we have more to do'

No, it's entirely legal. Why would it not be?
Technically the parts are not new.
Nothing to stop anyone from Buying Toyotas and tearing them apart for parts to sell either.
 
Why the parts are not new, if the car didn't touch the ground and ran?

They're new , just not "Brand New" >> because they have been removed from factory sealed retail box and disassembled.
