EXB just stands for Extreme Bash.
BLX... I don't know what the X is for I'm sure its Arrma's branding to let you know its Brushless, like Traxxas for all their Brushless line is VXL

The Arrma RC webiste details the difference between the RTR V4 Kraton 6S and the Kraton EXB Roller.
