Just ran my Talion today at the local park.

On 4S the motor was at 179 f. Batteries ended up around 107 f and ESC was around 100 f.

On 6S the motor was at 204 f.

This is using 140mm diameter HoBao wheels and tyres and a turnigy 2000kv motor with max8 ESC and 16/50 gearing.

Sounds like my temps today i got 179 on 4s in my 4092 my motor fan busted

Tested the Senton 3s vs the Typhon 3s today. Both on 20t pinion.

A full pack on the Senton and it only reached 130f
4 minutes on the Typhon and i've reached 165f

I think it's the combination of the slightly smaller wheels, but mostly the much more vented body of the Senton that help it.

I had the Granite 3s out today on grass running 18T and 2.8 badlands,

Got about half way through the pack and thought I better test temps, it was 207f..!!! ?? think I stopped just in time.

Hah I mean the magnets in a brushless motor start degrading after they hit 200f. If the outside of your can read 207 you can expect the inside to be about 10 above that so I'd drop a few teeth off of all your pinion gears... your motors probably won't be the same ever again.
