My s150 g2 won’t charge my battery it leaves it at 25%

So i have the smart technology s150 charger and the 5000 3s battery bundle and after a few charges my battery won’t charge like it will stay at one flashing green bar and then 45 mins later or so it will be suddenly fully charged but when i go to use it is only last 1 minute max. is it broken or what is happening.
