Typhon New motor combo

I put on a new max6 hobbywing with a 1650 kv combo on my typhon and was wondering how good they are. I haven't had time to test it yet,any ideas for the best gearing.

Anyone else have this combo on their car? I changed both pinion and spur gears today and it has so much power and speed for some all around fun.

I just installed the hw max6, 4985 1650kv, and killmode six pack in my tm bes/redcat be6s. Here it is with my Kraton with tp 4070cm 2200kv.

Have not run it yet. My plan is to rebuild the diffs on the bes but not sure when I will have time - have to wrap holiday ?’s tonight I think.

That's cool,I put the 46t spur and 27 pinion on my typhon and it runs great

Wow. How fast is your Typhon? I can only imagine. I have stock electronics on mine with the 15t pinion for BASHING (truggified) and it's a BEAST.

I'm not sure how fast,and I now have a spool with 36 tooth and 35 on the motor, I need to find somewhere I can run it

Idk I had a hobby wing but I put my mm2 back in it and now I run a tekin motor and love it. Never gets hot!!

With the typhon you could probably gear this motor infinitely ?
