Hi guys, a few weeks ago the NiMH Battery ins't charging, I bought an charge Spektrum RC S150 AC/DC LiPo Smart Charger (5A/50W), that used it, with NiMh's can be charged at 1c.

So I used it for 3 months and I perform the charges satisfactorily. After 2 weeks that I no longer use my armma senton, when I want to charge it the battery does not charge, I tried to charge it with the original charger that has a light indicator (green indicates that the charge is complete, red that the battery is empty), for which didn't work either. Could it be that the battery is dead, or I could try charging it again?

I have no experience with the NiMh batteries but it sounds like your battery is bad. I would see about getting it warrantied. May even upgrade to a 2s LiPo or a couple. Just be sure to make the necessary adjustment to run LiPo. Hope you get it sorted soon.

Yes I agree Kaos with it sounds like your battery is bad, I will see if have warratied by arrma/horizon. Thank you!

Sounds like a perfect excuse to get a lipo. NIMH is old outdated tech. I don't understand why they include NIMH batteries with cars anymore, especially considering the fact that NIMH batteries cost just as much if not more than Lipo batteries do.

I don't know what life time has the dynamite 3300mAh 8.4V 7-Cell it normal use. But isn't charging... and a new battery same model isn't cheap 31 bucks + shipping cost.

Maybe a year or so.
Right NIMH batteries are stupid expensive anymore. This battery should be decent enough to get you going https://www.amazon.com/Zeee-Battery...4011&rps=1&sprefix=2s+lipo+ec5,aps,108&sr=8-8 this charger will work just fine to charge than battery or batteries of similar capacity https://www.amazon.com/Charger-Batt...1&rps=1&sprefix=lipo+charger,aps,111&sr=8-251 and you might need this https://www.amazon.com/WST-Battery-...uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl
