The notorious shell is still seeing action. This thing takes such a beating with the reinforcement I added. It's basically a 4 piece shell and is semi retired, but keeps coming back.

I remember when you first finished that all Black body @Mr.Duke. I was so amazed at how great it looked. Good memories for sure.

With rivets, tape, zipties and other plastic bits, it lasted me a year:

My old tmaxx days when I did not care at all...

Actually cut the rear of the bodies off after they got damaged and made roll bars/mounts for them:

The savage was similar:

And revo:

Stampede before it got too bad:

Somewhere along the line, I started caring a bit and replace them when they get trashed. I have a new probodyrc body for both the erevo and stampede that I have yet to cut and install. The one I put on my outcast seems to be holding up well.

Infraction body is original, bought last year around end of July.
Outcast body a bit newer, bought around end of Oct, I think...
Not to the graveyard yet but they are definitely on their way!!


I just realized looking at the pic of the Infraction, whoa does it have a 'Derp' look to it!! To many hits to the head ! ?

Maybe you can't see it in the pics. The bodies are all V-shaped front to back, flared outwards in the rear, and most of the body mounting areas are ruined. Could I use them? Sure I could, but I do bash with others often and record a lot of video, so I guess I just get embarrassed about having such mangled bodies and opt to get new ones. Jennys Rc is also partly to blame.

I've had the front end crumple in on me a few times, crazy how the damage almost simulates a 1:1 front end crash!
