Infraction Roof rail question

Had a small oops on my infraction v2, the roof rail came off. I found one screw but need to get another one, does anyone know the exact size that I can purchase? Secondly as I was putting the screw in, I noticed they do not screw in tight they just keep turning. I checked the other ones and it is the same. On my Kraton 8s, the screws are in tight for the roof rails. This is the V2, wondering if this is normal or if I knocked something out that holds the screws in.

Seems to be very little thread engagement.

I used M4x20 button head screws - ran them through the plastic inside and used nuts to secure everything together

Yes, stock screws are too short and maybe grip for one or two threads which is nothing.
Either M4 as per @Engineer, I ended up using M3 and a nut from below. Didn't have longer M4 on hand.

CA glue work wonders for areas like this and when plastic does not bit tight or stripped..... good to have in the toolbox. When it bonds it will be tight and fill the area....then you can easily remove the screw when needed.

The screws for the roof rails are basically droop screws so they can be unscrewed from outside of body or inside. Better yet, use these screws to replace the droop screws in the arms to save your chassis and just use longer screws in the roof rail.

I used m4x16 screws and went in just enough to poke through the other end
