Notorious Steering Post bearing upgrade

IIRC, I got my steering post bearings from Jim's Bearings. I found them while doing a web search: it's been a long time since I bought them, and I no longer have the info.

Hello all, I'm about to completely redo my Noto steering system. I came across a place that sells a bearing replacement for the steering post but now have can't find it. Is this a worthwhile upgrade at least to remove slop? Also, where can I find these bearings? Thanks

Here is how I figure out questions like that. I go to Arrma’s main website. Arrma-rc.com
Then I go to the car in question, open up the exploded view under manuals and support Quick link, find the part I need (in this case bushings I want to replace with bearings), so I look for the bushings, copy the part number down and then cross reference on the Horizon website.

I see that they are 6x10x3 bushings. Then I go to Jim’s bearings (or Fast Eddie’s, TBR etc) and search for the right ones. TaDaaa! Sounds involved, but it takes less then a couple of minutes. Below is also the link to the exploded view for the Noto. They have them for all cars. I take it a step further and even put bearings on the acumen bar. At the bottom is the link to that thread.

It's actually not the bell crank bushing you listed but the ackerman bushing. Coincidentally, one of the links you listed has it. Thanks, I didn't know you could lookup bearings like that.

Good grief you’re right. I must’ve had the the Ackerman bar on my mind… I do stuff like that. Sorry man, glad you figured it out.
