Hi everyone,
want to show you what I have rebuilt, thanks to the tips I got here, thank you again for that. It's not as perfect as the kit from Basherqueen, but significantly cheaper and I like it . But see for yourself and form your opinion. I wish you a nice weekend.

It’s the Reely Raptor cage (also sold as FTX DR8 and FS Racing Atom).

Pretty. Looks strong also. Excellent work there.

I considered using Sheel Alumimum (Lighter,) as the stocker Lexan panels break on mine.
FT is rather heavy as it is.

First I had 1mm steel sheet, now I have taken 0,5mm steel sheet. Just because of the weight. When I take such thin aluminium sheet, it brakes when I bend back after accident.

Use thicker alloy sheets. Steel is twice as heavy. Raising the Center of Gravity even more, which is already top heavy in stock trim.
I am not saying to make the FT a weight weenie at all. She is a Fat lady no matter how you slice it. Just try from making it any heavier. It is already the Heaviest out the box 6s Arrma Platform.
Nice work there. Very original. Looks factory.
When it rusts a bit, will have some nice Patina to it. I like that Crawler type look.
