How thick of a wire should I use from my 24V 1200W power supply to my 1000W and 650W chargers?

Distance to travel is about three feet. The wire will have 4mm bullet connectors on one end and XT60 on the other.

Maximum current levels aren’t extreme with less than 50 amps in total. But I’m not sure how the distance factors in.

Is 12awg big enough?

Another perspective to take is found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_wire_gauge#Table_of_AWG_wire_sizes

It takes 235a to fuse a 12awg wire in 10 seconds. 10 awg takes 333a. I'll say i've seen crazier things that running 50amps through 12awg wire. Like some of my claimed "600amp" lipos coming with 12 awg wire. I've discharged plenty lipos at 25amps through 12awg wire and they don't even seem to get warm. Personally, i think you'd be fine with 12awg, but i have to ask: if you have the option, why NOT just go bigger? (unless you have a spool of 12awg sitting around)
