i don't have balance machine

Im only worried about foam cutting, i don't have that machine

I believe what you're looking for is CONTACT foams, not Contract. I have a bunch of Contact 35°shore foams and they've held up good so far. They come trued from the factory, I didn't see a need to trim them down. All I did was balance them. I made my own tire balancer with neodymium magnets and a wheel hub put together from air hose parts, a bit holder from a drill, a Philips bit and a little ball end and mounted the magnets in a piece of wood. Thing works great.
